I’m trying to do the same thing now but I get “camera not controllable”. I expect I need to be in “camera” mode if I want to send udv footage straight to imovie.
While in theory, I feel this method should work, Premiere Pro and the Sony deck itself zony not recognize any source media from the VCR.
